Just fill out the introduction card attached for each of your friends or family members who might be interested in a New McMillin Home. Each time one of your firends or family members closes escrow on a new McMillin home, we will send you a check for $3,000 as a token of our appreciation.

Nothing herein shall constitute the person named on the face hereof a broker or agent of the Corky McMillin Companies. It is understood that the incentive offered is solely for each person's introduction of prospective purchaser to the owner of real property. No further activity on the part of such person is required in order to qualify. Referring party cannot be a part of the referring transaction. Introduction card must be presented by prospective purchaser on first visit to sales office to qualify for program. $3,000 referral fee is available in all California neighborhoods. Referral payment is subject to execution of a Home buyer referral card. Referral program is subject to additional restrictions and my be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
